More people quit their shawl at this point then all others
combined. It can be a very frustrating camp. Especially
the biles, and it will take day's to finish it. You need
to have a tailoring skill of 115 to complete this. The
higher your skill the better. you will need a higher tailoring
skill for the later shawls so go ahead and get it up as
high as you can now. Failing this combine would be a real
pain.
Visit Loremaster Borannin in the temple in Thurgadin.
Say

You need 5 glowing wurm biles and 75 crystalline
threads. Getting the biles is where alot of people just
plain give up. I highly reccomend you read
Vovin's guide for getting these biles it will make
you life much easier.
The Crystalline Fibers are found in velks. They
ar no drop but not extremely rare. You need 75 of them
so you will be spending several day's hunting for them.
