st. Coldain Prayer Shawl

Before you even consider doing the Prayer shawls, take
a long hard look at yourself and decide if you really
want to do this. Getting to the 8th shawl is much harder
and more time consuming than your epic. You will essentailly
have to get all of your tradeskills over 150 some close
to 200. This in itself can be a expensive and time consuming
process. Many of the drops required for this shawl take
day's to farm and a failed combine can be very disheartening.
Ok now on to the first shawl.
The Burlap Coldain Prayer Shawl:
Go see Loremaster Borannin, located in Thurgadin. His
loc is approx -350, 720. You'll find him standing on the
stage in the temple.
Say, "I wish to perform duties
for the crown."
Loremaster Borannin replies: "Those eager to prove their
loyalty to the Dain may do so by completing tasks that
I have been commissioned to assign. If you wish to begin
your service, return to me with four toes of our enemy,
the Kromrif."
Hand him 4 frost giant toes.
They can be found on the Frost Giants in the Great Divide,
Iceclad, Kael, and Eastern Wastes. If you have any heads
drop keep them as well. They'll be needed for the next
shawl.
Loremaster Borannin replies, "Ahh, well done! On behalf
of the Dain I thank you for making a dent in the number
of our sworn enemy. Please accept this as a token of our
appreciation. It is trivial, I know, but if you are as
loyal as you claim to be, it will increase in power over
time. It just so happens I have a [task] to further demonstrate
your loyalty, Marduk."
You receive: Burlap Coldain Prayer Shawl !
He will now give you the quest for the second shawl. |
