The only item you need to get is the heart of Vhaksiz the Shade. This is no simple task. You will need at 2 groups of 60+ players to take him down and getting to him is the real challenge. He is located in the plane of Nightmares. You will have to go through the hobgoblin caves to get to him. There is a trick if you can get a necro up to the top of the plateu The rest of the raid kills themselves and the necro summons corpses. He can then rez the cleric using a essence emerald and the cleric can rez the rest of the raid and thus avoid having to drag a entire raid force through the gobby caves.
