This quest requires that you have the Gates of Discord Expansion. you will need to go to the Abysmal sea and hail Noita Ergarman. Her loc is 165,-225.

She will inform you that she can make a pair of boots for you if you give here 3 Flawless Hynid hides and a Boot pattern. The pattern is vendor purchased. The Hides are a common drop off of A Hynid Fleshripper Level: 46. The hides are no drop but they are common. The stats on these boots are not all that awe inspiring but the quest is easy enough to do. the only thing that makes them even worthwhile to obtain is the +15 Sv Vs. Disease. These will be a great addition to your resist gear for this reason.
