To go through Skyshrine into Cobalt Scar you must have the Skyshrine Key. This is not a highly sought after key for druids because we can port to Cobalt Scar. There are 2 way's to obtain a key to Skyshrine.

You must be dubious or higher with Claws of Veeshan to complete the quest. The first is to do a quest in Kael Drakkal. Talk to Ziglak He can be found at the entrance Wakening Lands in the Skyshrine. He will tell you that he has a spy in Kael Drakkal and he needs you to deliver his payment of 200 plat and a note to the spy.

The spy is near the nobles in Kael Drakkal. His name is Wenglawks Kkeak give him 200 plat and the note you got from Ziglak and he will give you back the information Ziglak wants.

Return this information to Ziglak for the key to Cobalt scar.

Option two is even simpler. If you are not worried about your Skyshrine faction, just kill Ziglak. He drops the key.

This is a group key only one person in your group needs it to port the entire group in to cobalt scar.
