Alternate Advancement
Abilities (GoD)

This guide will cover the GoD ( Gates of Discord ) Alternate Advancement Abilities. You must have the Gates of Discord expansion to train these abilities. This is a new expansion. The information here will not be totally complete or comphehensive for the first week or so. Please bear with me, I will update the info as soon as I can get it.


Advance Tracking
Each rank in this ability increases your tracking skill cap by 10 points. You may train this skill 5 times at a cost of 4 points.

Critical Affliction
This ability grants your damage over time spells the chance to have a critical effect each tick they are active. You may train this skill 3 times at a cost of 5, 10 and 15 points.

Fury of Magic Mastery
This ability further increases your chance to score a critical hit with your direct damage spells. You may train this skill 3 times at a cost of 4,8,and 12 points.

Nature's Boon
Use of this ability creates a stationary ward that continually heals everyone around it. Increased ranks improve the healing capabilities of the ward by 5 points per tick. You may train this skill 5 times at a cost of 3,6,9,12, and 15 points.

Persistent Casting
Through strict concentration, you gain the ability to channel your spells through stuns. Increased levels of this ability increase the chance to cast through a stun.You may train this skill 3 times at a cost of 3,6, and 9 points.

Spell Casting Subtlety
After training in this ability, NPCs will notice your magical activities less. You may train this skill 3 time at a cost of 3, 6 and 9 points.
1 - Reduces aggro 5%
2 - Reduces aggro 10%
3 - Reduces aggro 20%

Quickened Curing
This ability decreases the reuse time of Radiant Cure by 10% per rank. You must have Radiant Cure at evel 3 to train this skill. You may train this skill 3 times at a cost of 5,10, and 15 points.
1 - 2 mins. 42 secs casting refresh
2 - 2 mins. 24 secs casting refresh
3 - 2 mins. 6 secs casting refresh

Secondary Forte
This ability allows you to advance a second magical specialization past the specialization limit (50). After purchasing this ability, the next specialization to go over 50 becomes your secondary forte. The cap for this seconadry specialization is 100. You may train this skill 1 time at a cost of 15 points.

Swift Journey

This ability will slightly modify your base run speed. This modification does NOT stack with movement rate spell effects. You must have Innate Run Speed at level 3 to train this skill. You may train this skill 2 times at a cost of 5 and 10 points.

Rank 1 will increase your base run speed by 40%
Rank 2 will increase your base run speed by 50%


Covalescence
This ability raises your regeneration ability by 1 point per ability level. You must have Innate Regeneration at level 3 to train this skill. You may train this skill 2 times at a cost of 3 points.

Lasting Breath
This ability increases the amount of air you have by 25 and 50 percent. You must have Innate Lung Capacity at level 3 to train this skill. You may train this skill 2 times at a cost of 3 points.

Packrat
This ability improves the efficency with which you store your gear thus recucing the overall weight. Additional ranks increase the effectiveness further. You may train this skill 5 times at a cost of 3 points.
